Panasonic Automotive — PASA Enterprise Collaboration
A single collaboration platform for Panasonic Automotive's project-management needs — consolidating sales, planning, resourcing, and reporting tools behind one executive view.
Overview
The purpose of this engagement was to develop the PASA Enterprise Collaboration solution — a platform for effective communication and desired work coordination. It consolidates project sales, project planning, resource utilization, task collaboration, time and expenses, project accounting, and business intelligence into a single solution, built to ease project-management needs.
Approach — User Journey
A detailed swimlane user journey mapped how work moves through the platform end to end, before any screen was designed.
User Stories
As an executive user: “I need to see each and every detail of the project, reports, tasks, status etc. regardless of business unit, so I am aware of the project/program status and can step in where required.” Additional stories covered reporting-level visibility, read-only/comment access to documents, and task view/edit access for direct deliverables.
Screens — Executive Dashboard
The Executive Dashboard gives executives an overview of KPIs across all projects and programs — whether work is on time, on budget, meeting expectations, and other reporting needs — in one screen instead of per-project digging.
Outcome
A working Power Apps prototype of the Executive Dashboard, giving leadership a single, role-relevant view across every active program instead of stitching one together from separate tools.
